We are ALL-EN MANAGEMENT, an exclusive Sports PR Agency based in Houston, Texas. We’ve built up a team of passionate and thoughtful leaders who put immense amounts of effort into producing great results for our clients. Through a wide range of services, we provide strategic guidance by coming up with the right solution for each client we serve. We look forward to working with you!

Justin Allen

Justin Allen is the founder of ALL-EN MANAGEMENT. Due to serious injuries, Justin was forced to retire from playing D1 college football. He is extremely passionate about athletes, so today, he helps develop athletes both win their sport and in their personal lives. After watching his brother, Super Bowl Champion Dwayne Allen, have to go to different companies for all his needs (training, marketing, nutrition, etc.), Justin had the vision of creating an ALL-ENCLUSIVE, wholistic company for athletes. ALL-EN MANAGEMENT is a subsidiary of the ALL-EN brand that aids athletes at all levels grow their own name and brand, separate from their sport, while also equipping them to use their platform to be a positive influence in their communities.

Katie Welsh

Katie has been part of ALL-EN brand since its inception. She is a proud University of Houston alumnus (go coogs!) and she loves to help athletes reach their fullest potential in and out of the game. Katie serves as ALL-EN's Director of Client Relations and works closely with our clients' needs off the field. One of Katie's favorite things about ALL-EN MANAGEMENT is our priority on providing opportunities for athletes to use their platform to empower and positively influence their communities.

Tanya Ho

Tanya has a kinesiology degree from Baylor University where she went and did sports medicine and Athletic training for the athletics department. She also has a strong background in business operations, business representation, and marketing. Tanya will use both of these skills to actively pursue the athletes and business at ALL-EN MANAGEMENT.

TJ Rice

TJ holds an undergraduate degree in Information Systems Management from Auburn University where he also was a member of the Men's Basketball Team. As a former D1 athlete, TJ can empathize with many high level athletes in today's market looking for the right opportunities to expand their brand. He currently serves as the Operations Lead at ALL-EN MANAGEMENT.

Jarvis Smith

Jarvis has wealth of experience in working in a client relations setting. He is passionate about the intersection of sports and marketing, and is always looking for new and innovative ways to connect athletes with brands in today's environment.
